This delivery option should only be used for graduation document postage. (Dalian students only)

Detailed Description

 

This delivery option should only be used for July 2026 graduates based on Dalian Campus in China for dispatch of graduation documents (degree certificate and transcript - if applicable).

Please only select this option if you have previously completed the online Microsoft Form earlier this year and provided us with your up to date postal address at that time. Please be aware, your graduation documents will be dispatched to you shortly after this option has been purchased, and should be received approximately one week after purchase.  

It is strongly recommended that you purchase DHL delivery if you are overseas, since our standard Royal Mail courier does not offer tracking information for overseas deliveries, and therefore your documents cannot be traced if they are lost/misplaced, and they cannot be signed for on delivery. Royal Mail also advise it can take up to 4 weeks for these packages to reach their destination, but in some cases it can take even longer. For deliveries to Canada and China in particular some students have reported waiting times of several months.

Meanwhile, DHL delivery is faster, tracked and must be signed for on receipt for added security.

Please note DHL cannot deliver to PO box addresses. In order to process a DHL order we will need your full address, including a postal code/zip code if you have one. As mentioned if you already provided us with your up to date address earlier this year when completing graduation registration, we will dispatch to the address you provided. If not, or if your address has recently changed, please confirm where your awarding documents should be sent.
