2–4 September 2026: The MeCCSA Annual Conference explores key challenges and opportunities in understanding contemporary media, communication and cultural systems in a period of rapid social, political and technological change. The conference brings together diverse international research across media, communication and cultural studies, encouraging inclusive, interdisciplinary, and practice-based contributions that address issues of representation, power, policy, and everyday media life.
