DescriptionA one-day interactive workshop for health care practitioners who want to further understand and develop empathic evidence-based practice, in order to improve patient care and reduce practitioner burnout. This workshop will cover the theory and practice of empathy in healthcare and facilitate the development of evidence-based 'empathy habits' to enhance empathy in clinical practice. This event will be organised and facilitated by Dr Andy Ward and the Stoneygate Centre for Empathic Healthcare Team.
