Beyond Boundaries is a transformative leadership programme designed for women who aspire to break new ground in their professional lives.  Our programme offers a blend of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and personalised coaching to empower women to lead with confidence, authenticity and impact.

With accommodation - £1,600
This fee includes all workshops, materials, meals and two nights’ accommodation at College Court.

No accommodation - £1,500
This fee includes all workshops, materials and meals.

University of Leicester staff - £1,300
This fee includes all workshops, materials and meals.

The programme takes place over four days, split into two sessions with the option of a residential overstay for each block, and a networking dinner, with guests and influential leaders from a range of industries
