Accommodation Payments

Your booking is held on a provisional basis.  Please enter the amount payable as quoted.  Please ensure that you have made your booking with the Leicester Conferences team on 0116 223 1680 before processing your payment.

 Please Note:

• Payment must be received before your booking is confirmed

• If you have not made payment you will not be allocated a room on arrival
• In the event of cancellation within 48 hours only 50% of your payment will be refunded  
• Once we received notification of payment we will confirm your booking by email with further arrival instructions.

THESE PERMITS ARE ONLY VALID FROM NOW UNTIL AUGUST 31st 2024

There are a limited number of car parking spaces at Oadby, Nixon Court and Mary Gee for which a permit is required. Students living at Freemen's Common can apply for Nixon Court and Mary Gee spaces. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT PARKING IS ONLY AVAILABLE IF YOU ARE A CURRENT RESIDENT IN THE AREA YOU ARE APPLYING FOR A SPACE
