The School of Geography, Geology and Environment has worked with Holcim to develop and deliver this e-Learning short course in the commercial aspects of Holcim's aggregate processing. The program is only available to employees of Holcim and its group companies, and group access to the course will normally be organised and paid for at country or regional level. Individuals should therefore speak to their Learning and Development manager in the first instance.
Detailed Description
The program is designed to give an introduction to the commercial aspects of the aggregates business, and comprises the following four courses:
- Introduction
- Equipment Identification, Criticality & Spares
- Preventive Routines
- Handling Defects (Planning & Scheduling, KPIs, FMEA)
