Course Description

 

Two one day ImageJ workshops consisting of lectures and hands-on sessions. During the first day you will familiarize yourself with the use of ImageJ/Fiji for image analysis. During the macro workshop you will learn the basics of writing a macro for automated image analyse. Experience with ImageJ is not required but basic knowledge of the use of a laptop is helpful.
