This option is available only to graduands attending their ceremony, as the brochure will be collected from campus on the day.

Detailed Description

Please note that all graduands attending their graduation ceremony in July 2026 will receive one graduation brochure free of charge and this will be placed on your seat in De Montfort Hall for you to browse in the auditorium and take away with you after the ceremony.

This purchase option should be used if you want to purchase additional brochure(s) for your guests to collect on the day of the ceremony. You can purchase as many additional brochures as you wish and these are £5 each. The brochures will then be made available to collect from a kiosk on campus during the day of your ceremony (details to follow). If you are not collecting the brochure yourself, your guest(s) will need to have your full name and Student ID number to hand as proof of purchase – we will have a list of every graduand that has purchased an additional brochure(s) to cross reference against on the day.

If you opt to be excluded from the graduation brochure when completing online graduation registration we would not recommend purchasing additional copies of it for your guest(s), as you will not be listed in the brochure.

A limited number of brochures will also be available for purchase on the day, however they will be distributed on a first come first served basis. We cannot guarantee availability unless you purchase online via this option.
