DescriptionThe UK Earth Observation Conference 2026, organised by the National Centre of Earth Observation (NCEO), Centre for Earth Observation Instrumentation (CEOI), and Remote Sensing and Photogrammetry Society (RSPSoc), will be taking place on 15-17 September 2026 at the University of Warwick. The 2026 conference promises to bring together delegates across research, government and industry to discuss developments in EO research, technological innovation, products and services. Members of RSPSoc and NCEO staff can take advantage of a reduced ‘member’ fees. Please confirm your membership number when booking to confirm eligibility to the discounted rate. Invited Keynote speakers will be offered complimentary registration to the conference. We recognise that living costs are currently high and this may prevent some from being able to join us in Warwick. However, we believe that the conference should be available to all, and encourage you to get in touch if the ticket price is preventing you from attending, as we may be able to help. On Tuesday 15 September, a poster and networking session will be held in the evening including drinks and canapes for guests who would like to stay on and join us. This will be in the Oculus building and take place straight after the conference programme for the day ends. On Wednesday 16 September we will host a formal gala dinner in The Slate, which can be found on the Warwick University campus. There is an additional charge for this event which will include a welcome drinks reception, a three course meal and the presentation of awards to members of the EO Community. Cancellation Terms Cancellation before the early bird registration period ends may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between 1 July - 25 August 2026 may be eligible for a partial refund.
