DescriptionHalf-day, online (MS Team) 3 November 2026 (9:30-13:00) Facilitated by Dr Andy Ward, Director of Education and Training for the Stoneygate Centre for Empathic Healthcare Explore the theory and practice of empathy in healthcare. Participants will learn practical "empathy habits" that can enhance patient outcomes, practitioner wellbeing, and team culture. This half-day online course offers a focused and accessible introduction, ideal for busy clinicians, educators, and multidisciplinary teams. It provides an opportunity to develop concrete strategies to strengthen empathic communication in clinical and educational settings.
