Explore the theory and practice of empathy in healthcare. Participants will learn practical "empathy habits" that can enhance patient outcomes, practitioner wellbeing, and team culture. This half-day online course offers a focused and accessible introduction, ideal for busy clinicians, educators, and multidisciplinary teams. It provides an opportunity to develop concrete strategies to strengthen empathic communication in clinical and educational settings.
