Japanese 2: Post Beginners

CONTINUING COURSE On Campus Wednesdays 6-8pm RESUMES January 2026 - March 2026

Courses available:  

New course starting January 2026:

• On-campus Tuesdays 6-8 pm – starting January 2026 and running until July 2026.
• On-campus Fast Track Saturdays 10 am-2.30 pm - starting in January and running until March 2026. 

Continuing courses resuming January 2026 (suitable if you have previous knowledge)

• On-campus Mondays 6-8 pm – started October 2025 and running until March 2025.
• On-campus Wednesdays 6-8 pm – started October 2025 and running until March 2025.

You can choose from three different types of payments:

• Full course fee (available to all learners)*
• Second Term (available to all learners)**
• Bursary (50% funding available to University of Leicester students only)***

* Available to NEW courses starting in January 2026. For 20-week courses, learners are asked to commit themselves to the full course. Subsequent instalments should be paid before the start of the next term. Fast Track courses are paid in one instalment. 
** Available to courses started in October 2025. Learners can join courses in the 2nd term, provided they have previous knowledge to progress with the group.
*** University of Leicester students can apply for a Bursary, which provides a 50% discount on the course fee, provided that they complete the full course. Completion requires a minimum of 70% attendance (unless there are mitigating circumstances) and sitting tests. Available to NEW courses starting in January 2026.
