French 1: Beginners

FAST TRACK Saturdays 10am - 2.30pm. Start October 2026 - December 2026

Courses starting October 2026:

• On-campus Tuesdays 6-8pm - starting in October and running until March 2027.
• On-campus Wednesdays 3-5pm - starting in October and running until March 2027.
• Fast Track Saturdays 10 am-2.30 pm - starting in October 2026 and running until December 2026.

The end date shows the end of the complete course.

Available types of payments:

• Full course fee (available to all learners)
• First instalment (available to all learners)*
• Bursary (50% funding available to University of Leicester students only)**

* For 20-week courses, learners are asked to commit themselves to the full course. Subsequent instalments should be paid before the start of the next term. Fast Track courses are paid in one instalment.  
** University of Leicester students can apply for a Bursary, which provides a 50% discount on the course fee, provided that they complete the full course. Completion requires a minimum of 70% attendance (unless there are mitigating circumstances) and siting tests.
