Cancellations

To cancel a course booking, you must inform us by emailing [email protected]. Please use the subject title ‘Negotiation Masterclass Cancellation’ and clearly state your intention to cancel the booking. To meet the cancellation deadline, this must be received before the cancellation period has expired.

Refunds

• Cancellations received within 14 days of booking your place on the course will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations received after the 14-day cancellation period and earlier than 28 days before the start date of the course will receive a refund of 50% fees paid.
• Cancellations received after the 14-day cancellation period and later than 28 days before the start date of the course will not be eligible for a refund.
