Students are invited to join our upcoming educational trip to the King Richard III Visitor Centre and Leicester Cathedral. This visit offers a unique opportunity to explore the historic resting place of King Richard III and discover the remarkable story behind the discovery of his remains. The visit includes a 15 minute introductory talk about the cathedral and interactive exhibits that bring local history to life.

Detailed Description

 

The ticket price will include admission to the King Richard III Visitor Centre and Leicester Cathedral. This event will be a walk from the Charles Wilson building on main campus from 11.15am. Return journey will be from 15:00 from the venue to return to main campus. Full details about the trip will be emailed to all attendees just before the event date.
