Description

Abstract submissions for ICH2026 are now open!

The deadline for submission of oral abstracts is 31 March 2026.

The deadline for submission of poster abstracts is 29 May 2026.

The deadline for early bird registration is 30 April 2026.

Abstract submissions should be prepared using the ICH2026 Abstract Template (18kb).

Cost: £350.00

Description: Ends 30th April, after which only the full registration fee will be available. The registration fee includes admittance to the conference and participation in the scientific programme, registration pack, welcome reception, attendance to and catering at poster sessions, coffee breaks and lunches, and the conference dinner. During registration you will also have the option to book accommodation in Freemen’s Common (only for attendees without accompanying guests or children) and provide details of dietary, accessibility, and child-care requirements.

Key dates for abstract submission

This platform is for submission of abstracts for both oral and poster contributions to ICH2026.

Abstract submission opens: 18 December 2025
Deadline for oral abstracts: 31 March 2026
Deadline for poster abstracts: 29 May 2026

University Halls Accommodation: This accommodation, located in Freemen’s Common, is a low budget option available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Each room has a single bed, is en suite, and has access to shared kitchen facilities. For more information about the rooms visit https://le.ac.uk/study/accommodation/search/freemens-common. (Please disregard the prices as they are for students only)

Breakfast in Freemen’s Cottages is included with the room booking. Importantly, attendees with accompanying persons or children should not book this accommodation and should instead search for rooms in nearby hotels.
