Standard Terms & Conditions

1. The accommodation is charged at a nightly rate. A night is from check in after 3pm until check out at 10.30am.
2. Bookings can only be for a maximum of 3 consecutive months in any 12 month period and cannot be extended beyond the maximum period.
3. Bookings that are cancelled less than seven calendar days before the agreed arrival date will be charged a minimum of one night’s accommodation fee. All cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]
4. Should you not arrive for your booking and cancellation notification has not been received you will be liable for one week’s accommodation fee. If the booking is for less than one week, you will be liable for the cost of the entire booking.
5. Reducing the period of a booking will be subject to an administration fee equivalent of one night‘s accommodation fee.
6. Extension of a booking is subject to availability and at the discretion of the Events Management. All extension requests must be made in writing to [email protected]
7. Once we have received your signed booking form you will be sent an invoice with the payment details. Fees for the accommodation must be paid in full before the arrival date.
