To support you during self-isolation we will be providing a weekly laundry service to help you stay in your flat and stay safe. We will send you a laundry bag with tag. Please fill your laundry bag and complete the details on the tag.

Detailed Description

Leave your laundry bag outside your flat or building front door on a Tuesday by 9.30am. We will collect, wash and return your laundry on the following Friday.

1. The items need to be double bagged and sealed using your clear bags and laundry label

2. Please clearly state you name, room location on the label

3. All items within the clear bag will be put into the same washing machine and then the same dryer so you will need to ensure that you have read the manufacturers labels.

4. Ensure you carefully check what items you are washing. We accept no liability for items that are damaged through the laundry process.

5. Please leave your items at your flat door on the day of collection.
