We are delighted to say that we are holding our rates. Early bird rates are available up to 31st March 2023

We encourage you to attend the whole conference to get the full playful learning experience, but day rates are also available if that isn’t possible.

Accommodation is included for Full and Student rates on Wed 5^th and Thu 6^th July

1. Payment Terms
   Payment is generally accepted by credit card by clicking on 'book now.' However, if required, payment by invoice is available. Please follow the information below:

   1. Please proceed through the registration pages via 'book now.' Enter all details and add your chosen package to your basket.
   2. You can then exit the website and email your name and conference title - along with your Purchase Order Number, invoice contact name, address and telephone number - to [email protected]

Please note that your booking will not be confirmed until we are in receipt of this information and payment has been made.

Cancellation Terms
Up to 4 months before the event: 90% of fee returned
4-2 months before: 80% of fee
2-1 months before: 50% of fee
Under 1 month before: 0% of fee (no refund)
